Journeying with you towards spiritual renewal and vibrancy in Christ
ABOUT US
We are a multidisciplinary team that journeys with Christian leaders and churches towards spiritual renewal by offering coaching and counselling, spiritual direction and consulting, workshops and retreats.

We are Christian leaders who have a heart for Christian leaders. We love Jesus and His church, and we long to see the church radiantly alive, devoted to Jesus and empowered and guided by the Spirit.
We’ve experienced that Christ shows up most powerfully as we journey together. Our spiritual companionship with each other is where we experience His, like on the Emmaus Road.
Let us know how our team could journey with you and your community.
EMMAUS APPROACH
Conversational Journey
It all begins with a conversation. We don't come to impose a program or prescribe one way. We begin with listening to your heart and vision, seeking to understand your specific context, with its unique DNA, dynamics, opportunities and challenges.
Integrative Team
We are a multidisciplinary team of Christian leaders who love to resource and support Christian leaders - think ministry ‘health team.’ As a team, we integrate various fields of expertise from counseling to coaching, and as leaders we integrate various Christian traditions and streams.
Soulful Companionship
We are not here to sell a product, but attend with you to your own soul and the soul of your organization. We think a lot about culture and context, systems and shadows. We want to help you to overcome your deepest challenges and step more fully into your unique calling and ministry.
Dynamic Empowerment
We have lots to offer your community, from workshops to retreats to memberships, and many topics from leadership to spiritual formation to missional communities and emotional health. We seek to partner with the Holy Spirit as we facilitate interactive learning and transformative growth.
The Goal is Renewal
As our team journeys alongside you, our goal is that you experience Christ’s renewing presence. Just like the Emmaus story in Christ, Jesus often meets us in places of disorientation and disappointment, leads us through a process of reflection and reframing, and then, ultimately towards a renewed sense of calling and mission.
